A visiting group of over 20 people needs advance booking. All reservation applications are only accepted one month in advance or more.
Local registered schools, registered charities and government groups requesting concession admission fee must provide all supporting documents specified in the online application form at below.

- Both successful and unsuccessful applicants will be informed via email within two weeks upon the receipt of the online application form.
- Any request for changes or cancellation of booking must be submitted by email (info@kfbg.org) at least 1 month before the scheduled visiting date.
- On the day of the visit, please bring enough cash or cheque.

Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (KFBG)

Visitors are required to comply with the KFBG Bylaw and the visitor guidelines of Kadoorie Farm and Botanical Gardens (KFBG) when they are visiting KFBG. For details, please refer to the following webpage: https://www.kfbg.org/en/announcements/visitors-guidelines. Please also note the below terms and conditions, and reminders.
- Please wear appropriate clothing (e.g., sport/hiking shoes, sport clothes & hats) and bring along umbrellas or raincoats in case of bad weather.
- There is no bottled water available at KFBG. However, we do have drinking water machines that can supply you with purified KFBG stream water. Please remember to bring your own refillable water bottle.
- Young people are required to behave in an orderly and safe manner; shouting and running around, which are not conducive to a safe and meaningful learning experience, are not permitted. Teachers/group leaders are responsible for the behaviour of the young people in their care.
- A maximum ratio of 1:12 adults to young people is expected so as to facilitate a positive, safe, learning experience. Large groups should split into subgroups of 12 students maximum for the entire visit to enable a meaningful experience. Teachers and other leaders who do not follow this ratio may be asked to leave.
- KFBG reserves the right to change the content, venue and/or time as necessary, depending on weather conditions.

The information you provided will be treated as strictly confidential, used only by KFBG and our selected service suppliers for the purposes of donation administration, receipt issuing and communications about your donation.
